Three storey stone house to restore in a nice village. You are only a few minutes away by car from Caramanico, famous for its thermal baths and where you will find all the facilities you need such as bank, post office, chemist, schools, bars, restaurants etc and also a bus service into Pescara and nearby towns.

The house consists of two rooms on the first floor and two on the second floor which at present have wooden steps leading up to them so a staircase would need to be put in. One of these rooms has lovely views over the mountains. At ground level there is another room to restore which could be used as a taverna plus another small room which could be connected to it.

There is a small garden at the side of the house but this could be turned into parking space or a garage. There is electricity in the property but water and drainage system run nearby and just need to be connected. A bathroom needs to be installed.
